Disney has unveiled a first look at the Haunted Mansion Parlor, the world's first Haunted Mansion-inspired bar aboard Disney Cruise Line's newest ship, the Disney Treasure.

According to Disney, The Haunted Mansion Parlor will immerse guests in the next chapter of the Haunted Mansion saga, bringing this fan-favorite lore to life in a whole new way. The one-of-a-kind experience will be a swinging wake unlike any other, that of a jovial captain who entered the ghostly realm after a disastrous dinner with his beloved fiancé.

The design of the Haunted Mansion Parlor will resemble a first-class drawing room of a classic cruise liner from the golden age, invoking inspiration from the original Haunted Mansion with a nautical twist. Complete with nostalgic tributes to Haunted Mansion attractions around the world, fans will recognize the iconic wallpaper and the distinctive purple armchair tucked in the corner.

You will also encounter a few legendary characters from the original Disney Parks attraction, as well as some new seafaring arrivals, in a portrait gallery depicting the Disney Treasure's own ghostly residents.

Watch the video below to see more of the Haunted Mansion Parlor.

Exclusive Haunted Mansion Merchandise Aboard Disney Treasure

Onboard the Disney Treasure, an exclusive new merchandise collection will be available.

The Haunted Mansion Parlor Music Box will be a keepsake inspired by an eerie music box that will be found inside the Haunted Mansion Parlor. As the rumors go, this mysterious box belonged to the captain's bride-to-be and only opens in the presence of malevolent spirits.

Inspired by the old grandfather clock from the original Disney Parks attraction, the Haunted Mansion Parlor clock will evoke the nostalgic allure of the Haunted Mansion.

And, a ghost may even follow you home on your voyage… The Haunted Mansion Parlor Mirror will offer a frightening surprise when the hitchhiking ghosts mysteriously appear in the frame.

Cocktails from the Beyond: A Look at the Haunted Mansion Parlor Menu

The Ghoulish Delight will combine ube fudge, oat milk and tapioca pearls into a glittery purple concoction, garnished with a gummy eyeball.

A ghostly twist on a classic margarita, presented to guests amidst a swirl of flavored smoke, will be another signature drink at the Haunted Mansion Parlor. Topped with a lemon salt foam, this tequila-based cocktail will contain a secret message, only to be revealed by black light.

Sympathetic Libations, will invite you to sip on sour cherry and blood orange flavors in a specialty tiki mug.

The Disney Treasure is set to make its maiden voyage on December 21, 2024, from Port Canaveral, Florida. The ship will offer seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries.

It has a seating capacity of 1274, which is slightly smaller than the Dream-class’s 1340, but larger than the Magic-class’s 977.

Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts so I’d be there within 10 minutes of doors open.

How big is the theater with the Moana show? How early would you need to arrive to snag decent seats? We voyaging on the treasure in March.

I have to say that after sailing on the Treasure that it may be my new favorite Disney Ship! They did such a great job on the spaces and the Haunted Mansion Parlor absolutely blows away hyperspace lounge. I was not a fan of the Wish, at all. But this ship, I love it! Pam

It’s told as a legend from long ago and Grandmas spirit is the storyteller. Similar to Maurice telling the story at the beginning of Beauty and the Beast.

You have to wonder why some posters here pay double the price for a disney cruise compared to other cruises when they dont seem to want disney elements on the ships. you want bigger adults areas, walking tracks and less ip. Well then other cruises offer all that for half the price. Disney cruises are worth it if you value disney magic. The castle on the sea atrium with the kiss goodnight. Disney themed bars, kids clubs and restaurants. Disney music in the hallways. The more theming the better. Characters dancing with the kids. Disney wish does this more then any of the other cruises. Therefore its currently the best disney cruise....cos it does the thing that makes disney cruises special better then all the others.

We are in total alignment here. When you explained you top deck comment further, I agree, it is absolutely a carbon copy of the other 4 in terms of theming. The pool design is far worse, IMHO, as we saw more adults in the kids pools than kids. We chalked that up to there being such an inadequate adult area on the Wish. Bob made sure to take the classy, nautical-with-Disney-touches theming of the first 4 ships and throw that completely out with his "Castle on the Sea" crap. Because throwing every bit of IP you can onto a ship in some random way qualifies, right? Add to that the fact that one cannot even consider themselves cruising unless you hear some Jimmy Buffett at least once, and ... I didn't hear him at all during our Wish cruise. All Disney music, all the time. Another thing I just realized, when thinking back to our Wish cruise - The indoor sports area has an entrance/exit very near Marceline Market, if memory serves. That was... a choice. I guess. Because Cabanas/MM needs more traffic near the entrance. Oh, the ice cream shop is in the same area, as well, and you have to walk past that to get to MM. The rest of my thoughts on the Wish are contained in a late September/early October 2022 post or two around here. Elevators are problematic. Layout is problematic. Premium shopping space is problematic. The number of bars (allegedly the "#1 complaint" about the older ships) is problematic. The inward-facing design is problematic. The feeling of narrowness is problematic. We could probably discuss these and other design flaws for days, which is sad in and of itself. I am with you - I sincerely hope they base the design of the next 4 ships on the original 4 ships and not the Wish class. But I am afraid they have learned nothing, and will proceed with stretching the Wish design onto the new, slightly larger ships coming beginning later this decade.
