Universal Orlando Resort has announced a new summer ticket promotion for Florida residents, the "Buy 2 Days, Get 2 Days Free on a 2-Park 2-Day" offer, allowing four days of access to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.

This deal is designed to give local families more time to explore over 60 attractions, including the new DreamWorks Land opening this summer.

Additionally, guests can upgrade to include Universal's Volcano Bay, enhancing their visit with both thrills and relaxation at the water theme park.

Pricing starts at $77 per day per adult ticket. The ticket is valid for any four (4) calendar days during a seven (7) consecutive calendar day period and allows admission to both parks each day.

This forum should have seen a soft 2024 season coming years ago.

Sarcasm noted. Haha. But as a Universal fan, I will say that deals like this ARE indicative of soft bookings over the Summer. It's not a fire sale, but not something we would normally see during the traditional "high season". But we have seen the Summer high season in Orlando softening for the past several years, combined with Universal not having a major addition this year (DreamWorks Land isn't going to move the needle, but is a necessary redo). And I would throw in the effect of people postponing a big Universal vacation saving up until after EU opens. Park view rooms at Universal Helios Grand Hotel won't be cheap

Huh, when WDW does deals like this, it's claimed that they're 'hurting' and 'no one is going.' So, my condolences to UO for how awful things must be for them. ;)

This plus plenty of residents will stay onsite so adding another room night. And some will take advnatage of the Volcano Bay add on to check out the water park option.

This is designed to "capture" you for a longer stay so it's more of a value. If they're already coming for 2 days, might as well give them the 3rd for free and bank off additional food/merch sales that you would miss from them.

This is a pretty good deal for FL residents that aren't "locals". Paired with 3 nights at Cabana Bay or Dockside, and you have an affordable 4 day getaway.

You have to go four times in one seven-day timeframe. I'm assuming you won't have enough time to ride everything in one park in one day, so that's why you would immediately go back in the same week?
