Here is quick look at the former Luau Cove site that has now been cleared to begin the preparations to build the new Disney Vacation Club tower at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.

All that remains of Luau Cove is a few dumpsters and a small part of the structure that likely contains essential utility components.

The new DVC tower is planned to open in 2024.

Sorry for missing it!

Not too isolated to sell me a $90 tiki mug.

Yes a massive lump of sarcasm. You can't even see the tower from the monorail until you're almost at the MK station coming from the Grand Flo.

Is Trader Sam supposed to be on an isolated island in the middle of the Pacific?

Perhaps you intended your post to be sarcastic, but it took me a few seconds to even spot the tower. I'm not defending the way it looks—it isn’t well designed—but I don’t think someone sitting in Trader Sam’s Terrace is likely to notice it unless they’re actually trying to.

Some random shots from today, sorry for the poorer quality.

Thank God it is hidden behind that other building....

This tower is really a blight. Look at it loom from Trader Sam's Terrace.

Quite but I was referring to more left from the Riviera Station along before you get to the sand beach hammock in front of Caribbean Beach. I saw that there are signs so seemingly it's just funny seeing some fetching but then it breaks into no Fence only then with just a sign. I do love your map analysis!*

Exactly. It's to keep people safe from that initial unseen blast out of the water that crocodilian's do from the waters edge.

That sounds just like something a gator would say if it was trying to lure me into a false sense of security. And you have green skin in your profile pic! Gator!!!!
