Created by Chef Erich Herbitschek and the team from the Grand Floridian bakery, it takes 2 months and more than 840 hours to produce the gingerbread to cover the Grand Floridian's Gingerbread House.
The house is covered in 5089 gingerbread shingles, made from 1050lbs of honey, 800lbs of flour, 600lbs of chocolate, 600lbs of sugar, 140 pints of egg whites and 35lbs of spices.
The house offers a large range of treats to buy, ranging from the signature gingerbread, to truffle pops, cookies, chocolates and even gluten-free items.
The Grand Floridian's Gingerbread House will be on display November 15 2017 to January 1 2018, and is open daily from 9:30am to 10pm.
