Walt Disney World's My Disney Experience platform is currently unavailable for the vast majority of guests.
The My Disney Experience outage is affecting the ability to make any kind of reservation, including park pass, Genie+, Lightning Lane selections, and dining.
Both the phone apps and website are affected. No word yet on when normal service will be restored.
