The Morocco Pavilion at EPCOT is back, with two of its long-shuttered locations reopened as part of the 2021 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival.

Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina, the pavilion's original quick service location, serves a variety of small plates as one of the Global Marketplace kiosks.

Seating is available both indoors and outdoors at the restaurant and in the recently refreshed central courtyard.

Restaurant Marrakesh, the pavilion's original table service restaurant, serves as an indoor space to eat and relax but is not directly serving any food.

The original Tangierine Cafe closed in October 2020 as the pavilion's third-party operator struggled in the wake of the COVID shutdown. Disney has since taken over operations of the Morocco Pavilion and is making a series of improvements.

Marrakesh and the Bazaar need to reopen...Up the theme factor and really make that walk back through the pavilion an event. If anything, Spice Road Table has hurt the pavilion overall by diverting people away from wandering back to the bazaar and Marrakesh...Marrakesh need to be more of a spectacular thing to drive guests to the back....

Is there any sort of rumbling about Marrakesh?? Had Spice Road today and it was great but just not the same level of quality, certainly not ambience either

They changed the menu though. It is not the same food as they had before. I am sad about this. The chicken shawarma was a must have for me every trip. Believe it or not, not a single restaurant in the city where I live sells it.

It’s being operated by the festivals team but remains open with limited menu in between festivals. Epcot actually got rid of their ODV teams for FW/WS and now the outdoor stands and carts are all merged into festivals or other QSR complexes.

I really wish the Morocco quick service would fully reopen again. Isn't is just being used during festivals now? Or am I not correct about that?

At least they are still respecting it's lighting feature during the nighttime shows right? Or did they give up on that too?
