The storytellers are very much worth it! For a park that's all but lost its Christmas decor, they add a really unique festive touch. A bit of warning from personal experience - if you try to see them all in one day, plan ahead carefully. We found that the show times didn't align in ways that made it easy to casually wander World Showcase. For example, the Three Kings show would end and the closest starting show time would be Father Christmas in the UK, whereas the Norway Storyteller next door wouldn't be for another hour. We found ourselves jumping back and forth and I think we saw them over a period of a few days during the Holiday season. I'm not sure if their scheduling has changed in recent years.

They are absolutely worth seeing. Epcot, well World Showcase, is my favorite around Christmas. Don't forget about the musical acts as well. At least Epcot's offerings are free with admission. While the Christmas Party at the MK is still mostly worthwhile, and the new Christmas stage show helps, I prefer Epcot. (Before anyone says it, yes you can see the parade and stage show at MK during the week of Christmas and New Years but the crowds ....)

Thanks :)

They are the same each year, but worthwhile seeing.

If you go here: https://www.youtube.com/user/InsideTheMagic/videos and scroll down a bit, they have a video of each of the holidays story-tellers. You can check them out for quality. They generally are the same each year, though, Norway, I believe is new (they had simultaneous Vikings and Gnomes streetmosphere!)

I have a couple of questions about the storytellers (I don't believe I've ever been to Epcot for the Christmas holiday season, so I'm looking forward to the trip next year)- Are they typically the same offerings every year? What is the quality like? One of my favorite things about Epcot is how I can usually have no schedule in the afternoon, but I'd like to go from country to country to see the storytellers if they're good.

MisterPenguinDec 19, 2016

That's really odd. I saw it up front the previous Saturday night and from Pop this last Tuesday and the two big finishers were there.

Saw the POE tag tonight. I don't know what happened, but it felt like the grand finale kind of sputtered to the end. The big wall of fireworks just wasn't there and neither was the "I can't hear myself think" seconds of boom at the end. What a letdown to an otherwise great show. Maybe it was an off night? Will come back later this week to see it again.

I had several places in the survey to type out my thoughts which I was honest about.

21stampsDec 14, 2016

Did you have a place where you could type a response, or multiple choice only?

HauntedMansionFLADec 14, 2016

Just did my survey

ElvisMickeyDec 12, 2016

Nope. They were open until 9.

21stampsDec 11, 2016

Maybe on weekends it's open later? Not sure. I am sure that I wish me and kiddo could be in that park next Friday!

HauntedMansionFLADec 11, 2016

Doesn't the park close at 7:00?
