As we move into the second day of Annual Passholder previews for Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, here's a detailed look back at the first day's Virtual Queue performance to help you plan your visit.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure Virtual Queue

The 7 am Virtual Queue remained open for over two hours, while the 1 pm drop lasted for just 2.5 seconds.

The ride faced a delayed opening and multiple downtimes throughout the day, with notable interruptions occurring in the morning and early afternoon, affecting the overall pace of Boarding Group progression. The total downtime was just over 7 hours. Early in the day, the average pace was maintained at 5 minutes per BG, which accelerated to 2 minutes per BG after 7 pm. Despite these stoppages, the last Boarding Group of the day, 100, was called by 8 pm.

Virtual Queue Availability:

7 am: 2 hours and 2 minutes.
1 pm: 2.5 seconds.

Boarding Group Information:

The last Boarding Group (BG) called for the day was BG 100 at 8 pm.

Until 5 pm: Average pace of 5 minutes per BG.
From 7 pm to Close: Average pace increased to 2 minutes per BG.

Notable Ride Stoppages:

9:00 am - 11:40 am: A significant downtime of 2 hours and 40 minutes.
1:28 pm - 4:15 pm: Another substantial downtime of 2 hours and 47 minutes.
5:04 pm - 6:15 pm: Downtime of 1 hour and 11 minutes.
6:21 pm - 6:50 pm: A shorter downtime of 29 minutes.

No official reason but maintenance and low demand/ridership during the cold weather are the primary reasons. Believe the early closures continue into early February for now.

Interesting. I had group 9 and definitely did not get the notification until 9:23 (after the stoppage). I did not get there until after 10 and entered without issue.
