Disney's Animal Kingdom will debut a new projection sequence on the Tree of Life to celebrate the opening of 'Avatar: The Way of Water' in theaters.

Avatar filmmakers Lightstorm Entertainment partnered with Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Live Entertainment on the new sequence, which will debut in the park on December 12 2022, for a limited time.

'Avatar: The Way of Water,' makes its theatrical debut on Friday, December 16 2022. Watch below to hear from Steven Lang about the new addition at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

He may have come up with it but it would have gone through focus groups and marketing before being selected and then approved, several other titles would have also been offered up as well. Anyway, a silly little joke people are taking far too literally is derailing the thread.

Wrong again…Disney approved in allowing the sequel to happen(and who wouldn’t when the first was the biggest movie of all time) but Cameron gave Avatar the title
