It has been a fairly brief refurbishment, and over half of the construction walls are now down on Prince Charming Regal Carrousel.  The ride has remained open during the work and appears to be another part of the Magic Kingdom that has been freshened up ahead of the new Fantasyland opening in 2012.  See the photo below for a current look.
