On December 4, 2023, Walt Disney Legacy Award recipient Cast Members were among the first to see the all-new "Walt the Dreamer" statue that debuted as a focal point of EPCOT's new World Celebration Gardens.

In a dedication moment, EPCOT Vice President Kartika Rodriguez was joined by the Walt Disney World Ambassadors, Imagineer Scott Mallwitz, and the Voices of Liberty to celebrate the original dreamer, Walt Disney.

Guests can explore the gardens beginning December 5, 2023, at EPCOT at Walt Disney World.

Finally, this space has something worthwhile to see! Up to this point, this inside space has been an embarrassment of sorts.

Isn't it ironic that now "We've Just Begun to Dream" 🎶 not about the future of possibilities in 1982 but instead to Dream about how Epcot once was!

A beautiful tribute. RIP the “real” EPCOT.
