The Pearl Factory is the first location at Disney Springs to permanently close following the COVID-19 shutdown.
Located in the Marketplace across from TREN-D, the kiosk allowed guests to choose an oyster and have a pearl made into a unique piece of jewelry.
Disney Springs closed along with the rest of Walt Disney World in mid-march 2020 as part of measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. The majority of locations at Disney Springs have reopened as of late May, although operating hours are reduced and social distancing measures are in effect.
